About John Scotland
Founder and Principal
For over 18 years, John has worked with organisations, their leaders and people in the Western Australian and Commonwealth public sectors, and the mining, manufacturing, service, and health industries.
He has helped them develop their leadership and management skills, introduce and manage change, function effectively as teams, improve communication, use conflict productively and enhance their overall performance.
John is a skilled educator, facilitator, accredited mediator and coach.
He is also an experienced business writer who has developed and edited writing style guides, investigation and business reports, business plans, funding requests and training workbooks.
John has significant leadership experience as a CEO and senior manager in numerous private sector organisations.
As a university lecturer, he has taught in Education and Business programs specialising in Needs Analysis, Organisational Behaviour, Learning and Development and Evaluation.
